The Wordsworth Hotel
A major revamp has taken place to the bedrooms at Cockermouth's Wordsworth Hotel.
Overseeing the facelift have been mine hosts, Andrew and Beverly Conoley.

The hotel has a total of 17 bedrooms, four being singles while 13 are en-suite doubles or twin bedded rooms. The new rooms are now open for bookings and the renovated hotel is to officially relaunch in early August.

All the bar meals are home cooking with fish dishes a Wordsworth speciality. Sunday roasts are always a popular feature at the Wordsworth. The bar areas features large screen Premier league sporting action.
Andrew and Beverly have been in the hotel business for over 20 years and previously ran the busy Captain Senny's fun pub in Whitehaven.
